43 North Foundation + Radial Ventures

Launched after the 2025 IPO of ACV Auctions — one of 43North's earliest portfolio companies — the 43North Foundation is a $100 million, decade-long commitment to reinvesting the value of Buffalo's startup success back into the community. Its four pillars are Radial Ventures (an AI-led venture studio), TechBuffalo (talent development), Series B (storytelling and visibility), and Corporate Connectivity. Radial Ventures itself is a Buffalo-based venture studio at Seneca One that partners with founders to build high-growth companies from the ground up, using a proprietary AI-backed market validation engine; it's led by CEO Dan Magnuszewski, co-founder and former CTO of ACV Auctions. Together, the two organizations extend the legacy of the original 43North accelerator, which has invested more than $55 million into roughly 80 companies since 2014 and helped generate over $1 billion in follow-on capital and 3,000+ jobs for the region.
